Role Overview: As a Business Associate at GoSource, you will be responsible for managing client communications through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. Your role will involve scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing client-facing documents, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth front-end operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client communications professionally through email, phone, and chat. - Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. - Prepare and deliver client-facing documents and summaries. - Support general administrative tasks for front-end operations. Qualification Required: - Graduation - Freshers or experienced individuals with 6 months to 1 year in International BPO or KPO roles.
