Business Analytics Sr. Manager

You will be joining Citi's Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team, which collaborates across multiple cities in India including Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai. As a senior analytics technology leader, your primary responsibilities will involve: - **Data Obsession**: Take ownership of data platforms to streamline data creation, management, and maintenance. Ensure governance of organizational data and make it available in a compliant manner for analysts. - **Technology Leadership**: Manage team members and technology partners to fulfill analytics business projects effectively. - **Client Obsession**: Develop client-centric analytic solutions for business problems by understanding multiple businesses and tailoring analytics solutions accordingly. - **Analytic Project Execution**: Lead and deliver multiple complex analytic projects by understanding business context, formulating analytical methodologies, and identifying trends and patterns. - **Stakeholder Management**: Engage in stakeholder management across various functions and regions. - **Presentation Skills**: Deliver high-quality presentations to share thoughts, solutions, or problem statements with business stakeholders and senior management. - **Project Management**: Demonstrate project management skills by creating project plans, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your skillset should ideally include: - A Master's/MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Computer Science from premier institutes with 12+ years of relevant experience in delivering data analytical solutions. - Strong people management, process, and project management skills. - Ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex business problems in a structured and simplified form. - Understanding of Sales Practices Monitoring in a Financial organization. - Hands-on experience with Big Data Technology stack like HIVE, Spark, Pyspark, etc. - Experience in Machine Learning, Tableau, and other related platforms. - Strong focus on analytics with understanding of Supervised and Unsupervised machine learning. - Ability to automate manual workflows, processes, and data loads. - Proficiency in working with large datasets and pulling data using relevant programs and coding. - Experience in Credit Cards and Retail Banking products is a plus. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong team player with the ability to guide and mentor juniors. - Control orientation and risk awareness. You will be based in Bangalore, India, and the employment is full-time in the Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Financial Services, and Banking industry.
