Business Analytics Senior Analyst Insights

As an Insights Senior Analyst at Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, you will be a part of the Customer Experience & Operations Enablement Analytics (CX&OE) organization. Your primary role will involve conducting analyses to support operational leaders in making informed decisions, identifying improvement areas, measuring success levels, and explaining events through retrospective analysis. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, presenting findings and recommendations effectively.
