Business Analysts

As a Business Analyst within the Technical department, your role will involve managing all resources that are part of the delivery team for the project. This includes incorporating all resources and their activities into a clearly defined and defendable plan for the project(s). You will be responsible for clearly defining success criteria for each stage of the project and ensuring the successful completion of all tasks within the project plan on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that the delivery of projects aligns with the Company's project management protocols and standards. Strong leadership skills will be essential for this role, as you will need to influence and motivate others within the team. Additionally, you should have the ability to drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing your excellent multitasking abilities. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will be required to communicate at all levels. Therefore, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills will be advantageous.
