Business Analyst/Product Owner

You should have experience in projects related to Data Analytics/Big Data, with at least 3 years in Business Analysis or alternative disciplines like Project Management, Software Development, or Quality Assurance focusing on requirements analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You should also have experience in creating system interface specifications and documenting business process flows and interface rules. A good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies, including estimation and iterations, is required. You should possess a high-level understanding of systems design and technical concepts to effectively communicate with developers, project managers, and colleagues. Hands-on experience with SQL and UML is necessary, along with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies. Proactively identifying and solving engineering problems is a key aspect of this role. In terms of the tech stack, you should have a solid understanding of Big Data architecture. Exposure to tools like Splunk, Clickhouse, and Grafana would be beneficial. Additionally, experience with Splunk, Clickhouse, and Grafana is considered a plus. The responsibilities include working on Data Analytics/Big Data projects, conducting Business Analysis, and actively participating in requirements analysis. You will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders to create system interface specifications and document business process flows.
