Business Analyst/Product Manager

As a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Product Manager, your role will involve leading the development, execution, and optimization of IT products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap, gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, and translate complex business needs into clear product requirements. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between business, development, and quality assurance teams, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, organizing and leading requirement-gathering sessions, sprint planning, and review meetings, implementing Agile best practices, and methodologies to ensure efficient product development, collaborating with technical and testing teams, managing project timelines, scope, and deliverables, identifying and mitigating project risks, defining UAT criteria, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, along with at least 3-6 years of experience in product management or related roles in IT/software development. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, and requirement gathering, familiarity with task management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies, excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Certification in CSPO, PMP, or Agile methodologies would be a plus.,
