🔹 What You’ll Do / 主な業務内容
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • ステークホルダーからのビジネス要件の収集・分析
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
  • 要件を技術チーム向けの機能仕様に変換
  • Support system implementation, testing, and user training
  • システム導入、テスト、ユーザートレーニングのサポート
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and business performance insights
  • レポートやダッシュボードを作成し、業務改善インサイトを提供
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
  • 複数部門と協力し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進
🔹 What We’re Looking For / 応募資格
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
  • 経営学・IT・経済学など関連分野の学士号
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • ビジネスアナリストまたは類似職務の経験 2〜5年
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 高い分析力と問題解決能力
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excel、SQL、BIツール（Tableau, Power BI等）の使用経験
  • Business-level English; Japanese proficiency is an advantage
