Job Description

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IT projects.
Develop detailed project plans, scope documents, and timelines.
Lead teams through all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to delivery and closure.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and clients on project goals, deliverables, and escalation management.
Monitor progress, conduct quality assurance, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Perform cost-benefit analysis and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security protocols, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Strong track record in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership experience in team coordination, resource planning, and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently onsite in Rajasthan and Gujarat, including frequent travel (accommodation and travel costs managed by the company).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a relevant field.
