Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in creating various types of business documentation. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and international clients to gather and analyze business requirements, creating and maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring project success through effective communication and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives. - Create and maintain detailed business documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Gantt charts. - Utilize CRM software and JIRA to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and user stories, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment. - Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in creating and maintaining business documentation, CRM software, JIRA, and project management tools. - Methodology Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agile methodology and waterfall processes. - Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
