Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and project goals
• Gather and document functional/non-functional requirements
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
• Participate in client meetings and communicate project progress
• Analyze project performance and assist in process improvements

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field

MBA (Information Systems/IT) candidates are preferred
