Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the insurance industry. 3-5 years of experience leading the daily activities of a Business Analysis team.
Experience with insurance products, processes, and regulations. Must have with exposure to Health, Life and Annuities.
Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and solution design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):Understanding of methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.
