Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Understand Customer Requirements: Comprehend and document the needs and objectives of the customer.
Requirement Mapping: Align customer requirements with product capabilities and ensure proper documentation.
Customer Interaction: Engage and communicate confidently with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Documentation: Write comprehensive use cases, System Integration Testing (SIT) cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases.
Analyze and Improve: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to understand and document business requirements.
Functional Skills on WMS: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain processes and optimization.
Retail and Ecommerce: Familiarity with retail and ecommerce operations.
Requirement Analysis: Ability to gather, document, and analyze customer requirements.
Use Case Creation: Expertise in creating detailed use cases for various business scenarios.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
This role is ideal for candidates with a B.Tech + MBA/PGDM, and experience in advanced

analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and data science will be highly valued.
