Business Analyst - Urgent Requirement - WFH

Responsibilities:

• Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
• Partner with application directors and creators to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
• Evaluating business processes, analyzing data models, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement to deliver logical conclusions for developing and implementing solutions.
• Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
• Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer environments
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst position related to information technology
• 7+ years’ total experience in technology development, testing and deployment
• Experience with Bitbucket, SQL, Springboot, Angular, manual testing, Visio and BPM tools
• Experience with data visualization tools
