Business Analyst

You will be a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement areas, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Your key responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting gap analysis, developing business cases, creating reports and visualizations, monitoring project progress, and supporting testing and implementation of new processes or systems. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. You should possess strong knowledge of business processes, proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Preferred skills for this position include experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, and certification in Business Analysis.
