Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives.
  
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions (workshops, interviews, etc.) and prepare

  documents.
• Map

  AS-IS

  and

  TO-BE

  processes for process re-engineering and digital transformation.
• Work with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately converted into system features.
  
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as

  data flow diagrams

  user manuals

  .
• Support

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  by preparing test cases, coordinating user testing, and validating results.
• Monitor and report project progress against defined

• Ensure compliance with

  government IT standards

  .
• Provide

  training and support

  to end-users and department officials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years

  of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  in

  IT/e-Governance/Public Sector

  projects.
• Strong knowledge of

  , and

  G2G

  service models.
• Proven experience in preparing

  SRS

  ,

  BRS

  , and other documentation for government projects.
• Familiarity with

  IT systems in public administration, citizen services

  public utilities

• Proficiency with tools such as

• Excellent
