Job Description

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Your notice period should be immediate to 30 days. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. - Develop clear, detailed, and prioritized user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. - Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the Agile team to ensure understanding and prioritization of business requirements. - Work with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and define clear sprint goals. - Analyze and improve business processes by implementing Agile best practices and recommending enhancements for project delivery. - Participate in sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives to align the team with project objectives and product vision. - Maintain updated project documentation, including requirements traceability, to contribute to a shared understanding of the product vision and goals. - Define and execute acceptance testing to validate the final product for quality assurance.
