Responsibilities: Client & Requirement Management : Conduct sessions with clients and sales teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and propose tailored solutions aligned with business goals. Project & Process Oversight : Manage project scope, timelines, and sprints; coordinate stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure quality deliverables. System & Workflow Documentation : Help design, document, and maintain system processes while facilitating smooth implementation of changes. Team Coordination & Conflict Resolution : Guide development teams, support effective internal communication, resolve conflicts, and remove project obstacles. Client Relationship & Communication : Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the key contact to understand goals, challenges, and deliver consistent value. Account & Performance Management : Oversee client accounts, ensure satisfaction and retention through regular reviews and collaboration with internal teams. Growth & Business Development : Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, drive new business through referrals, and support backlog grooming with product owners. Must Have Skills: Proven Experience & Domain Knowledge : Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of software products, features, and services. Documentation Expertise : Skilled in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams with adherence to documentation standards and best practices. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including technical writing and the preparation of detailed meeting notes and reports. Agile & Scrum Familiarity : Well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical experience in sprint-based project environments. Tool Proficiency : Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and ensure effective team coordination. Organizational Strength : Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities efficiently. Collaborative & Independent Work Style : Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Good to Have: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA). Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools. Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. Experience in a client-facing role. Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages. Education Qualification Required: Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.
