Job Description

Service Engineer / After-Sales Support Key Responsibilities: Analyze technical complaints in the field, rectify defects, and overhaul aggregates. Manage internet-based warranty systems and ensure proper service process implementation at channel partners. Develop secondary service & spare parts channels and support sales growth. Provide feedback on company and competitor products for improvements. Conduct training for service managers and guide partners on manpower, facilities & equipment optimization. Ensure adequate spare parts inventory, order execution, and target achievement. Support channel partners in profitability improvement and effective workshop management. Conduct monthly ASC visits, service camps, and customer interactions, updating MIS & M-Response data. Plan and execute special service support for strategic customers.
