Role Description

Major Job Functions
  • Collaborates with client team(s) to improve their level of technical knowledge and understanding of Experian products.
  • Assists the client team(s) with coordinating scheduling of project processing steps and how to use priority requests appropriately.
  • Acts as technical resource to sales personnel on existing accounts or running tests for prospective accounts for the client team(s).
  • Documents change and additions to internal technical processes and on client-specific projects and disseminate information to appropriate personnel.
  • Interprets client specifications and instructions of high complexity for Technical Solutions personnel and explains how to appropriately apply theory to this practice.
  • Defines and implements quality control/troubleshooting standards and procedures for the department.
  • Creates and provides necessary quality control reports, output files, and summarized data reports.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Requires a minimum of 5-7 years’ direct marketing experience. Works under minimal supervision. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to lower-level personnel. Advanced working knowledge of programming.

  • Experience with or understanding ServiceNow for IT service management.
  • Basic knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
