Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Create and analyze functional specifications, both As Is and To Be, using GPS.
Capture business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories or other business artifacts.
Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and draft To Be processes.
Ensure proper acceptance criteria are defined and each requirement is mapped to business and product KPIs.
Support development teams in designing solutions based on requirements (user stories).
Prepare and run User Acceptance Tests, and provide post-go-live support that could lead to new user stories and improvements to the digital product.
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile different teams' needs.
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments, and fill in for the Product Manager or Head of Product and/or scrum master when needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required.
