Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payment processing and gateway integration.Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to design and deliver payment solutions that meet functional and regulatory requirements.Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation.Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for payment-related initiatives.Partner with QA teams to ensure end-to-end testing aligns with requirements and business expectations.Support ongoing system optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for payment platforms.Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant payment security standards.Stay informed about industry trends, payment innovations, and US market regulations to recommend process enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the US payment gateway or fintech ecosystem.In-depth knowledge of payment technologies such as EMV, NFC, tokenization, and API integrations.Proven experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.CBAP or related certification preferred.
