Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership

  of business analysis activities across web and mobile app projects.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to

  elicit and document clear business requirements

  .
• Translate requirements into

  detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specs

  .

• Lead cross-functional teams

  including designers, developers, and QA engineers through the SDLC.
• Drive

  Agile/Scrum ceremonies

  : daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively

  identify roadblocks and dependencies

  .
• Conduct

  market research & competitor analysis

  to inform feature and product decisions.
• Act as the

  bridge between technical and non-technical teams

  , ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Collaborate with QA during testing to

  validate and sign off on final deliverables

  .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, with at least

  1 year in a leadership or senior BA role

  .
• Solid understanding of

  mobile and web development

  technologies, Agile methodologies, and project workflows.
• Strong experience with tools such as

  JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving
