Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows using UML diagrams.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams, SAP functional consultants, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  
• Support SAP SD module enhancements, configuration changes, and integration requirements.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) and maintain documentation.
  
• Assist in test planning, test case preparation, and validation of solutions; support UAT activities.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
  
• Prepare business process documents, BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 46 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  
• Strong functional knowledge of

  SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

  .
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Proficiency in

  UML

  , process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in

  EDI Testing

  and understanding of EDI standards and workflows.
• Experience with integration testing and cross-system data validation.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
