As a Business Analyst-Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and challenges through workshops, interviews, and surveys. - Analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and use cases to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Translating business requirements into functional specifications and designing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. - Configuring Salesforce platform features such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports. - Working closely with developers to implement custom solutions using technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Developing and delivering training materials to educate end-users on Salesforce functionality. - Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests. - Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce administrators to facilitate communication and alignment. - Proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization, automation, and innovation. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred. - 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and support. - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative development tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
