As a Business Analyst-Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and challenges through workshops, interviews, and surveys. - Analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and use cases to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Translating business requirements into functional specifications and designing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. - Configuring Salesforce platform features such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports. - Working closely with developers to implement custom solutions using technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Developing and delivering training materials to educate end-users on Salesforce functionality. - Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests. - Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce administrators to facilitate communication and alignment. - Proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization, automation, and innovation. A Salesforce Business Analyst is accountable for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and designing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform, conducting thorough testing, providing user training and support, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred. - 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and support. - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative development tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
