Job Tittle: Business Analyst

Experience: 6+

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proven experience in writing:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
• Use Cases and User Stories
• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and database structures (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and scope documents.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD to validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop user diagrams (e.g., use case, activity, workflow diagrams) to visualize system and process flows.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and walkthroughs to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Define and manage project scope, requirements traceability, and change control processes.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and support.
• Document as-is and to-be business processes, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Assist in training material creation and facilitate end-user training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
