Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst ( Pre- Sales) specializing in Pre-Sales to join our IT solutions team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in converting leads into potential projects by engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering a clear scope of work. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to create comprehensive project documentation, and a deep understanding of IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Conversion & Engagement:

· Engage effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and challenges.

· Convert leads assigned by the business development team into actionable projects.

· Conduct client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.

2. Documentation & Proposal Creation:

· Prepare and deliver comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and project flow diagrams.

· Develop detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

3. Client Engagement & Communication:

· Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the pre-sales process to ensure alignment on project objectives.

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identifying further business opportunities.

4. Pre-Sales Process & Solution Development:

· Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored IT solutions and project deliverables.

· Analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitor solutions to present relevant services and solutions.

5. Collaboration & Team Support:

· Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure effective lead conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Business Development, Pre-Sales, or related roles within an IT services or solutions company.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at building rapport with clients and presenting solutions.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and deliver well-defined project documentation.

· Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client interactions and deliverables.

· Client-Centric Approach: Proven ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
