Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to drive the successful execution of projects while collaborating with multiple teams. The ideal candidate must be result-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure seamless project delivery. They will play a key role in gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and training teams on product usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Project Management: Lead and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time project delivery with high quality.
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct data analysis to support business objectives and provide insights for process improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Technical Proficiency: Leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel, Jira, Tableau/SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Google Docs, Figma, etc., to streamline operations and enhance project tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams including Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations to align project goals with business objectives.
• Training & Product Adoption: Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure effective usage and adoption of new products and systems.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
• Experience working with multiple teams across various functions.
• Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in project management and business analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Result-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
