Business Analyst

While we value experience, we equally prioritize your ability to learn and develop professionally. **Responsibilities:** - Research & Analyze: Conduct industry research to address technology or business process issues effectively. - Gathering Requirements: Elicit requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, surveys, and site visits. - Simplifying & Analyze Clients Requirement: Analyze and validate requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility. - Design Process Flow: Develop wireframes, workflows, and use case diagrams to document the analysis effectively. - Documentation: Prepare BRD, FRD, and system documentation following the specified methodology. - Preparing Priority List: Understand and communicate the urgency and importance of business requirements to the team for prioritization. - Internal & External Communication: Collaborate with team and business units for effective communication. - Develop Progress Report: Manage requirements traceability information and provide project progress reports regularly. - Additional Change in Current Project: Manage changes to requirements effectively through change control processes and tools. - Development of Test Scenarios & Cases: Create test scenarios and cases for UAT and system testing. - Demo: Conduct regular demos for clients and company management. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication skills with attention to detail and logical thinking. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation. - Familiarity with tools like Axure, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office, and Visio. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a multicultural approach. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Experience working in software product-based IT organizations. While not mandatory, it would be advantageous for you to possess: - Advanced/specialized training in the travel industry. - Knowledge of XML.
