Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Netwin, you will play a crucial role in documenting requirements, evaluating business processes, and delivering project reports. You will have the opportunity to work in a nurturing environment that encourages work-life balance and exploration of various technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Document high-level and detailed requirements using elicitation techniques such as scenarios (use cases) / prototyping. - Produce project initiation documents defining scope and project objectives clearly. - Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and develop specifications to implement solutions. - Resolve complex requirement conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement. - Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), define Project Plans, prepare User Stories, Use Cases, Flow charts, write System Requirement Specifications, and deliver Project/Status Reports. - Present options and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. - Handle change requirements and GAP Analysis efficiently. - Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Understanding of software product market dynamics and software development processes. - Excellent listening, communication, and customer relationship management skills. - Strong leadership qualities, quick decision-making, change management skills, and analytical ability. - Knowledge of developing Business Use Cases, BRS, SRS documentation. - Strong concepts of software engineering, process practices, quality, Internet Architectures, emerging Internet Technologies. - Knowledge of Agile Scrum software development process. - Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. In addition to the above, hands-on experience/knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, at least one Wire-framing Tool (will be an added advantage), and at least one Agile Project Management Tool (will be an added advantage) is desirable for this role.,
