Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our Technology team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, conducting market analysis, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives. Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for product and technical teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support key business decisions. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, scalable solutions. Assist in project planning, execution, performance monitoring, and status reporting. Act as a liaison between business users and development/IT teams to ensure alignment. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to successful solution implementation. Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, workflows, and system changes. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an edtech, startup, or fast-paced technology-driven environment. Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
