Job Description

Role & responsibilities

•Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.

Making sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.
Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements. • Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
Worked on a client site will be an added advantage
Should be skilled in Team Management
Should be able to mentor clients around processes

Preferred candidate profile:

6 to 9 years of experience
as a Business Analyst (preferably in Banking/Financial Services domain).
Strong
analytical and documentation skills
(BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows).
Excellent understanding of
Banking processes and products
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, client-facing environment
.
Strong skills in
stakeholder management, communication, and presentation
.
Hands-on experience with
tools like MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar BA tools
.
Experience in
team management and mentoring
.
