Overview:

MindCruits is hiring for a Business Analyst on behalf of a confidential client in the Oil & Gas domain. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Frac operations, data analysis, and SaaS product environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Frac operations, drilling, and production analytics.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specs for Oil & Gas SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support product development.
• Define and validate visualizations like time-series charts and pressure-depth graphs.
• Identify process gaps and recommend workflow ​improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oil & Gas software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Frac operations, completions, and reservoir data.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; Agile environment exposure.

Preferred:

Experience with Oil & Gas SaaS platforms.

Knowledge of WITSML, PPDM, RESQML and predictive analytics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business analysis: 7 years (Preferred)
