Role Description

This is a full-time Business Analyst role at Loyyal in India (remote).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with clients and merchant partners in the loyalty domain. You will act as a crucial link between our clients and the development team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and using analytical skills to support decision-making processes.

Experience (MUST)

• Past experience of working as business analyst for software, SaaS or Product company
• Past experience of working in loyalty or/and payment industry or understand loyalty / payment sector as part of business analysis role
• Have a technical background or understand techn-functional role with grip on technical aspects of SAAS/ software
• Can prepare extensive documentations, presentations, product pitch, RFP/RFI, technical and functional documents as part of role and responsibilities
• Skilled in usage of GenAI tools for visual, content, market research

• Experience in Business Process analysis
• Proficiency in documenting Business Requirements
• Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Good knowledge of loyalty and payments
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
