Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Live Connections in Noida, you will have the opportunity to work with end customer team(s) and internal TSYS colleagues. Your responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently eliciting, challenging, and documenting scope, processes & requirements. You will be expected to produce high quality business and technical analysis deliverables, such as functional and non-functional specifications, as is and to be process models. It will be crucial for you to ensure traceability of requirements throughout the entire change lifecycle. You are encouraged to apply BA best practices and insights that challenge the business to think about the right solution. Building relationships and trust with senior stakeholders, understanding goals, objectives, and desired outcomes, and bringing them on the journey of engagement will be a key part of your role. You will also need to maintain a close working relationship with Project Management, PMO, Product Manager, and IT colleagues, collaborating with them effectively. Working with your BA colleagues, you will be responsible for implementing continual improvements to ensure that business analysis processes are constantly evolving.
