Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Legal Contract Review
In this role, you will be responsible to be the first point of contact to independently draft, review, negotiate and execute warranty assignments and other relevant documents for an Aviation client for their customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
    Independently draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents as may be required.
    Handle large volumes of documents on a daily basis and be able to respond without delays.
    Play active role in association with customers to constantly bring about improvements in the process.
    Work with law firms and corporates across jurisdictions and time-zones. Desired Candidate Profile
    Relevant experience in Contract drafting and review.
    Experience in Aviation industry would be preferred.
    Should be able to work under pressure with a quick turn-around and be able to handle large volumes of documents.
    Should be able to work independently with the least supervision and maintain co-ordination with business groups to obtain required information.

Minimum Qualifications
    Education: Graduated in LL.B./B.A. LL.B
    Relevant work experience in Aviation, good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    Contract drafting, review, negotiation, Commercial contracts
    Good MS Office (excel, Power Point, Word) skills.
    Should be able to work under pressure with a quick turn-around and be able to handle large volumes of documents.
    Should be able to work independently with least supervision and maintain co-ordination with business groups to obtain required information.
    Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English
    Should have a strong command on spoken and written English
    Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
