Job Summary

Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis for digital and enterprise solutions in
Automotive
and
RCG/CPG
sectors.
Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation (BRD/FSD/User Stories), and stakeholder workshops.
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions aligned with domain best practices.
Manage CXO-level communication and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business users for smooth project execution.
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Perform gap analysis, risk assessment, and impact analysis for system/process changes.
Stay updated on Automotive & RCG/CPG market trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years
of Business Analyst experience with strong exposure to
Automotive
and/or
RCG/CPG
industries.
Hands-on experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise platform implementations.
Strong understanding of
Sales, Distribution, Retail, Supply Chain, Dealer Operations
processes.
Proficiency in tools such as
Jira
, Confluence, dashboards, reporting, and workflow configuration.
Solid knowledge of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and requirement management skills.
