Business Analyst

The Person will be responsible for supporting Business Analysis & stakeholder Management in the Digital Health / healthcare AI solutions as part of Center of Excellence in Medical Devices & Life Sciences business. The Candidate will be requiring good soft skills to interact with SMEs, document the details. In addition, should also have business assessment skills to Monitor Industry / technology trends, analyze customer business and product portfolios to generate insights for defining the GTM strategy.

The Suitable candidate will need to have strong presentation, written and verbal skills to interface with multiple stakeholders within L&T Technology Services (LTTS) located across multiple sites (e.g. SMEs, Customers, delivery, Horizontals etc.) to identify, map / create insights to support product / solution development & creating relevant offerings and value propositions.

Duties and responsibilities

• Business / Product / Requirement Elucidation, Capture & analysis & appropriate document creation

(BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Gap Analysis, Workflow Design, Process Mapping etc.)

• Stakeholder Management: Able to lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders (e.g.

Requirements Workshops, UAT Coordination, User Training, Documentation etc.)

• Participate in customer meetings and workshops to identify requirements & position appropriate offerings and value proposition.
• Monitor Medical / Healthcare Industry & Emerging technology trends
• identify, map / create and position relevant offerings and value propositions
• Support evolution of the offerings, solutions to key business problems and the roll-out of new capabilities.

Key Skills

• MBA OR Bachelors/Masters degree is preferred in computer science or related field (such as computer engineering, software engineering, biomedical engineering, or mathematical sciences)

• 4+ years of Customer Business Analysis / Presales experience

• Ability to generate documents / Insights through assessment of customer business for positioning & mapping of relevant information / features Offerings and Value propositions.

• Able to lead & drive meetings with internal Stakeholders

• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing needs and scope of work

• Preferred Technical Competencies:

- Experience of working in healthcare segment

- Flair for marketing and Business Analysis

- Strong presentation, written and verbal skills

- Prior experience of having worked in Presales would be added advantage

- Ability to collaborate with partners in building joint value propositions and GTM
