Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and design, with exposure to programming and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
• Conduct requirement analysis and create technical specifications, including UI workflow, process flow, and sequence diagrams.
• Develop and maintain business processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MCA.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.
• Experience with requirement analysis and design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Skills: Business Analyst, requirement analysis, design background, and necessary exposure to programming; technical specifications in terms of UI workflow, process flow, and sequence diagrams.
• Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred.
