Role Description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst for a full-time hybrid role based in Pudukkottai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. By collaborating extensively with stakeholders, the professional will ensure alignment between business needs and proposed technological solutions, while also supporting the team in implementing efficient business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including evaluating operational processes, identifying areas for optimization, and recommending effective solutions
• Solid Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and convey ideas clearly
• Experience in Business Process evaluation and improvement, with the ability to streamline operations efficiently
• Competence in gathering, analyzing, and documenting Business Requirements to ensure innovative solutions align with organizational objectives
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and frameworks used in business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience working in technology-driven or innovation-focused environments is a plus
