We are looking for a result-oriented Business Analysts with 0-3 years of experience preferably in the consumer and retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior, and the ability to drive the distribution through retail (Dealers & Distributors) and large format retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing retail distribution network focusing on improving sales in the assigned territory .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to retail operations, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for growth or efficiency improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of new business processes, systems, and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have an MBA degree from IIM .
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst/Area Sales Manager/ Sales Executive in the consumer(FMCD,FMCG,FMEG )or retail sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
• Good understanding of retail metrics, supply chain, inventory, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of CRM, ERP, or retail management systems
• Exposure to consumer analytics, loyalty programs, or e-commerce platforms.
