Business Analyst

As a skilled and experienced Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic software development team by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your contributions will be essential in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring that the delivered software aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software projects. You will conduct meetings, workshops, and surveys to understand end-user needs thoroughly. Additionally, you will create detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, you will effectively communicate project requirements, changes, and updates to all relevant parties. You will also identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within software development and business processes, working with stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize business operations. Collaborating with QA teams, you will ensure that delivered software meets specified requirements and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to provide feedback to development teams. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks related to project scope, timeline, and requirements, proactively addressing issues and challenges that may impact project success. Utilizing your data analysis skills, you will analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance, supporting data-driven decision-making by presenting relevant findings. Working within an Agile development environment, you will participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, effectively prioritizing and managing backlogs. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment are essential.
