Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (IT) III to join our team at SteerLean, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for business processes and systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
