Job Description

As an experienced Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to ensure project success. Your primary responsibilities will include process improvement and optimization, requirements gathering and documentation, healthcare compliance and quality assurance, data analysis and reporting, as well as training and support for compliance. You will be responsible for mapping existing end-to-end billing and tech processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending workflow improvements to enhance productivity and reduce claim denials. Using tools like Visio, you will document current and future state processes and translate business needs into actionable documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user stories. Ensuring compliance with ISO and other UK healthcare-related regulations will be a key aspect of your role, where you will identify risks, recommend controls, and conduct audits to maintain compliance. Additionally, you will utilize tools like Power Bi to analyze trends and KPIs, deriving actionable insights to guide decision-making. Being a liaison between trainers, quality managers, and management, you will facilitate training efforts for new systems or processes, ensuring up-to-date training and standardized service delivery across the organization. You will also provide support for small-scale process improvement projects, monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes. Your skills in business process modeling, data analysis, stakeholder management, and knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies will be leveraged in this role. With at least 2 years of experience in the Healthcare domain as a Business Analyst and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, you will contribute to the success of the team. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday in the UK. The work location is in person, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders.,
