Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements, clarify ambiguities, and resolve conflicts.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements documentation, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse and validate requirements to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and assist in solution design.
• Collaborate with developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, including requirement clarification, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to mitigate potential impacts.
• Continuously strive to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business analysis activities.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools, business process modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
