About the Role

You will work on Intelligence projects to support the Head of Intelligence by gathering and analyzing

market and internal stakeholder intelligence. The insights you deliver will directly support business

pods such as Skill Development, Staffing & Recruitment, Recruitment Tools, and Marketing. Your role

is to translate both internal inputs (from management, ops, and stakeholders) and external benchmarks

(from competitors and industry trends) into actionable briefs, reports, and recommendations that

sharpen execution across pods.

Core Responsibilities

1. Internal Stakeholder Intelligence

• Collect requirements and feedback from management and business pods.

• Track performance of initiatives (mentorship, assessments, staffing, marketing campaigns)

and generate insights.

• Identify internal gaps or inefficiencies and provide recommendations to improve pod

outcomes.

• Deliver dashboards and intelligence reports that give leadership and pods clear visibility.

2. Market & External Intelligence

• Benchmark Impacteers’ strategies and offerings against competitors and industry standards.

• Track market shifts, competitor plays, and user trends that impact Skill, Recruitment, and

Marketing pods.

• Provide evidence-backed insights to validate new initiatives and opportunities.

• Support GTM, pricing, and positioning strategies with market data.

3. Cross-Pod Support

• Act as the intelligence support arm for business pods by tailoring insights to their needs.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to support pod-specific initiatives (e.g., staffing

models, recruitment tools, user engagement strategies).

• Ensure pods operate with the latest intelligence on both internal performance and external

references.

4. Strategy & Documentation

• Assist the Head of Intelligence in preparing reporting (documents, PPTs), business briefs,

impact assessments, and pod-specific reports.

• Document intelligence findings in structured formats (SOPs, trackers, repositories) for

repeatable use.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Aspiring fresher interested in market research, competitive intelligence, analysis methods, and

strategy development.

• Ability to work with both internal data and market/competitive intelligence.

• Skilled at turning insights into clear reports, dashboards, and actionable briefs.

• Effective stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment.

• Business writing and documentation skills (reports, briefs, trackers).

• Flexibility in work timings and accountability for delivering outcome-based intelligence

projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.

• 0-1 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or intelligence roles.

• Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or career-development ecosystems preferred.
