Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a

  subject matter expert

  on Commercial Insurance forms and policy documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for

  form updates, schedule changes, and configurations

  .
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of form changes.
• Support testing, validation, and release of updated forms.
• Ensure all changes comply with business rules and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–7 years

  of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  in the

  Insurance domain

  , preferably Commercial Insurance.
• Strong understanding of

  forms management

  , wording, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with

  business operations teams

  and

  IT/development teams

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with

  policy administration systems

  (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.) is an advantage.
