Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Document and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Data Analysis:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for tracking performance.
• Process Improvement:
• Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for enhancement.
• Recommend and implement solutions to optimize workflows and improve outcomes.
• Solution Design:
• Work with IT and operational teams to design and implement new systems, tools, or processes.
• Create detailed documentation, including business cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address concerns.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
• Project Support:
• Support project teams by providing analysis, documentation, and testing during solution implementation.
• Monitor project outcomes to ensure alignment with initial objectives.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Strong understanding of BPO processes and client management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
