Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau to identify trends and patterns.
Develop reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet client needs.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries.
Engage with clients, departments, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into detailed SRS and BRD documents.
Should understand Development Lifecycle.
Participate in project scoping, process mapping, and workflow design.
Prepare wireframes, user stories, and use cases for IT systems and portals.
Support testing teams during UAT and validate system functionalities against business requirements.
Identify process gaps and recommend effective technology-driven solutions.
Assist in bid documentation, RFP response preparation, and client presentations when required.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
