Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and process flows.
Partner with Product, Development, and QA teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Create and maintain use cases, workflows, data models, and wireframes to support project requirements.
Perform data analysis and provide insights to guide decision-making and strategy.
Support UAT activities and ensure that deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and basic SQL querying.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in BFSI, E-commerce, or SaaS product domains.
Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with API documentation and integration processes.
