The main scope of work is comprehensive requirements gathering to capture business needs for Knowledge 360 and other related products for knowledge system.
Related task includes, but not limited to:
•Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria by engaging stakeholders and translating their needs into actionable development tasks.
•Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are aligned.
•Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs, document specifications, and clarify expectations for all stakeholders.
•Design and document process flows to visualize, optimize, and align business processes with project goals.
•Collaborate with key resources to ensure user interfaces meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
•Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboarding platforms to present findings, support decision-making, and communicate recommendations effectively.
